So, as part of our course we are required to go on two “tours” of the country to increase our perception and architectural awareness.. However, a tour from college will always be a “tour from college” – a blurry motion of people, places and cultures. It’s a very very very minute dose of the world that leaves you wondering, leaves you tired and leaves you wanting for more. For me, who has seldom stepped out of Chennai, it was a pinhole to what lay beyond my limited horizon. It left me with the realization of how little i had seen and how much more my country had to offer me.
This is a collection of my favourite pictures of one of the visually richest places i have had the pleasure of, thus far, visiting-Ahamedabad, INDIA.
